Job summary

Hirebridge seeks an experienced, independently licensed clinician to join our Massachusetts team as a CBHI Program Director. You will lead the area CBHI program, oversee in-home services, and mentor staff to ensure quality care for children, adults, and families.

You will guide program development, supervise staff, and ensure effective treatment implementation across services. This is a growth-focused opportunity with a supportive agency that values employees and clients.

Qualifications

• Independent clinical license (LMHC or LICSW) in Massachusetts – Required.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field.
• Five years minimum experience working with behavioral disorders and previous CBHI experience.
• Minimum of 2 year experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute to office locations
• Access to high speed secure internet required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the CBHI program including in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs.
• Guide staff and assist in development of treatment methodologies and ensure effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients.
• Collaborate with teams to support children, adults, and families within the CBHI model.
