Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an independently licensed clinician to lead the Massachusetts CBHI program as Program Director, overseeing in-home therapy, mentoring, and treatment implementation. The role focuses on guiding staff and ensuring effective services for children, adults and families.

The candidate should have an LMHC or LICSW license in Massachusetts, a relevant master's degree, and strong supervisory and communication skills to support a growing agency.

Qualifications

• Independent clinical license in MA (LMHC or LICSW) required.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum five years' experience with behavioral disorders and CBHI experience.
• Minimum two years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee daily operations of the area CBHI program, including in-home therapy and mentoring.
• Guide staff, develop treatment methodologies, and ensure proper implementation of in-home services.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure program quality and compliance across locations.
