Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related area, with a preference for those holding a Master's degree. Responsibilities include mentoring students, scheduling progress meetings, and ensuring successful completion of their programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related area is required.
• Experience advising students preferred.
• Understanding of competency-based education is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach CBE students in a 1 to 1 setting.
• Provide direct, holistic support for student success.
• Schedule regular meetings to monitor student progress.
