Responsibilities

• Develop audience-building, prospecting, and segmentation strategies for cAUse Marketing campaigns.
• Build and manage back-end logistics of campaigns in CRMs, texting, online giving, matching gifts, AI, and emerging platforms.
• Monitor fundraising metrics and develop reports to inform strategies.
• Lead the Tiger Giving Officer team in hiring, onboarding, supervision, and portfolio strategy.
• Coordinate collaboration across Auburn Advancement with college/unit teams and central frontline fundraising.
