Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years in annual giving or development.
• Preferred: Master's degree and 5 years in annual giving or development.
• Experience with solicitation segmentation is preferred.
• Experience in higher education, academic medical center or non-profit organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Annual Giving team and initiatives.
• Manage Direct mail, email appeals, campaigns, crowdfunding, and digital fundraising.
• Steer the Day of Giving and Alumni/Community Campaigns.
• Oversee Employee Giving Campaigns and campus partnerships.
• Develop strategic plans and manage budgets for annual giving.
• Analyze data, track metrics, and report on performance.
