Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records per company procedures.
• Identify discrepancies between physical counts and records.
• Develop and improve inventory management processes.
• Prepare settlements and audit cattle checks.
• Set up new vendor accounts and maintain vendor records.
• Analyze cattle costing and apply freight costs.
• Process freight bills accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with cattle vendors and buyers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
