Central Valley Meat Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. The role involves processing daily customer receipts, preparing deposits, postings to the general ledger, and resolving invoice disputes.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in accounting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with others to meet reporting deadlines. This position is based in Hanford, CA, with potential for growth within our accounting department.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
• Process and deposit customer receipts daily.
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements due to customers.
• Resolve disputes between invoices and customers.
• Update aged AR listings and report problems to management.
• Perform receivable duties with general supervision and accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies as needed.
