Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounting experience in AR/AP settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
• Process daily customer receipts and deposits.
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements due to customers.
• Resolve disputes between invoices and customers.
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Notify customers of past due balances.
• Update aged AR listing and report issues to management.
• Performs AR duties with moderate supervision.
• Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
