Job summary

Aerotek seeks an experienced Catheter Assembler to join a state-of-the-art cleanroom for 2nd shift in Minneapolis. Build complex catheter assemblies, inspect with microscopes, and follow precise drawings to support prototype and development efforts.

Earn $25.00-$27.00 per hour with a contract-to-hire path, onsite work, and a competitive benefits package including PTO, holidays, parental leave, and 401(k) contributions. Three-day weekends and performance-based growth await you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of catheter assembly experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience performing full catheter builds in a cleanroom.
• Strong microscope assembly and inspection skills.
• Excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build complex catheter assemblies and subassemblies from start to finish.
• Perform precision assembly and inspection using microscopes and small hand tools.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain detailed production records.
• Package finished products and support new product development projects.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of catheter assembly experience within the medical device industry
• Experience completing full catheter builds in a cleanroom setting
• Strong microscope assembly and inspection skills
• Excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow technical drawings, work instructions, and documentation requirements
• High School Diploma or GED

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
