Job summary

Cathedral Basilica of Saint Augustine is seeking a part-time Visitor Experience Representative in St. Augustine, FL. The role reports to the Parish Manager and supports pilgrims and visitors by delivering warm hospitality, guiding tours, and helping prepare the cathedral for events.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic history knowledge, and strong customer service and communication skills; Spanish ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors with a hospitable attitude.
• Conduct tours and education programs as needed.
• Monitor care of the Cathedral Basilica and grounds.
• Collaborate with facilities staff to maintain cleanliness and climate conditions.
• Assist Parish Manager in preparing for major annual events.
