Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
Certified/qualified for radiologic procedures.

Responsibilities

Performs special/invasive radiology procedures, prepares patients, positions them, and ensures image quality.
Enters and monitors patient data.
Performs quality assurance on radiology equipment and assists with accreditation.
Identifies and reports any accidents, complaints or equipment malfunctions.
Takes emergency call within the department.
Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors per Memorial Hermann policies and budgetary specs.
Promotes professional growth by meeting mandatory education requirements and mentoring staff.
Demonstrates commitment to compassionate and personalized experiences for patients.
Other duties as assigned.
