• Performs special/invasive radiology procedures and ensures radiation safety.
• Prepares patients, explains procedures, positions them, and administers contrast when needed.
• Enters and monitors patient data; ensures image quality and records results.
• Performs quality assurance on radiology equipment and reports malfunctions.
• Promotes professional growth and mentors less experienced staff.
