Job summary

Mercy Health – Youngstown, Ohio seeks a Special Procedures and Cath Lab Technologist to assist in interventional vascular procedures with sterile technique. You will prep patients, coordinate with the medical team, and document findings in the EMR while upholding safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification or equivalent registry is required.
• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• 1 year radiology experience, surgery exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed practitioner in fluoroscopic and interventional procedures with sterile technique.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures and provide instructions to minimize anxiety.
• Review patient data in EMR and document findings per policy.
• Maintain safety, infection control and patient confidentiality.
