Qualifications

• Experience in the Cath Lab, CVICU, CVOR, EP, or IR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and educational needs.
• Formulate a care plan with input from patient and family.
• Implement the plan of care and coordinate with the health care team.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust the plan as needed.
• Document assessments, plans, and patient responses in the chart.
