Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a dedicated, full-time RN to join the Diagnostic Cardiology team in Tucson. You will collaborate with Fellows and Attending Cardiologists to perform transesophageal echocardiograms and stress tests while delivering non-invasive patient care. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Cardiac Diagnostic or RN Procedural experience; BLS is required and ACLS is preferred.

Shifts are 4 x 10 hours, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday with call/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years Cardiac Diagnostic or RN Procedural experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Call requirement: Saturday Day call; candidate must live within 30 mins of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements and documents nursing care per policy and professional standards.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to develop and revise care plans.
• Provides direct patient care and supervises nursing staff as needed.
• Communicates patient status clearly to care team to ensure continuity.
• Documents patient progress and outcomes in medical records.
