Methodist Mansfield Medical Center in Mansfield, TX seeks a Cardiovascular Tech RCIS to assist with invasive cardiovascular procedures under physician supervision. Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, scrub and circulator support, patient monitoring, and supply management.

Requirements include an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in science or related healthcare field, RCIS or ARRT/TX RT(R) eligibility, and current AHA ACLS certification.

Formación

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in science or commensurate healthcare experience.
• Current AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required.
• RCIS certification or ARRT/TX RT(R) eligibility in lieu of RCIS within six months.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in teaching and orientation of students and new staff.
• Assists physician as monitor tech during cath lab procedures and interprets EKGs and pressures.
• Operates imaging equipment and assists as scrub tech and circulator as directed.
• Assists with patient transport, prepares lab for procedures, and maintains sterile technique.
• Orders supplies and monitors post-procedure hemostasis and patient status.
