Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to support invasive cardiac/vascular and EP procedures in a Cath Lab setting. You will set up imaging equipment, interpret hemodynamic data, and assist physicians throughout complex diagnostics and interventions.

Required credentials include BLS, ACLS within 1 year, ARRT, and Radiologic Technology certification. Join a team dedicated to high-quality patient care and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider required.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist in Radiography (state) is required.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire is required.
• ARRT registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists in invasive coronary/vascular EP procedures and operate related equipment.
• Set up and operate electrical/imaging equipment and computer systems.
• Understand hemodynamics, anatomy, and physiology relevant to procedures.
• Administer moderate sedation per policy and assist anesthesia as needed.
• Maintain aseptic technique and prepare sterile fields for procedures.
• Document care, interpret EKGs, and assist in data collection for quality improvement.
