Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Cath Lab technologist to assist cardiologists in invasive coronary, vascular, and EP procedures, with emphasis on imaging and patient safety.

The role requires AHA BLS, ACLS within 1 year, ARRT Radiography registration, and radiologic technology certification. You will support hemodynamic monitoring, data interpretation, and sterile technique across complex cases.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certified by AHA.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist (IEMA).
• ACLS within 1 year - AHA.
• ARRT registration in Radiography.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists in invasive coronary/vascular/EP procedures and operate imaging equipment.
• Understand hemodynamic concepts and cardiac anatomy.
• Administer moderate sedation per policy and monitor patient safety.
• Interpret EP concepts and fluoroscopic anatomy during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and prepare patient and equipment.
• Document procedure details, devices used, and patient responses.
