Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Professional to assist physicians with invasive coronary/vascular/EP procedures and operate advanced imaging equipment. The role requires strong knowledge of hemodynamics, cardiac anatomy, and sterile technique to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Radiologic Technology certificate with BLS and ACLS (within 1 year) and ARRT radiography credentials, enabling proficient performance in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required (AHA).
• ACLS within 1 year - AHA.
• ARRT Radiography license/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists in invasive coronary/vascular/EP procedures and operate imaging equipment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hemodynamics, cardiac anatomy/physiology during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and prepare/ drape patients for procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and monitor for complications during cath lab procedures.
