Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree in radiologic sciences (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in radiologic sciences preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required within 6 months of hire; ARRT registration required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the team in patient setup and prep before procedures, and post-procedure cleanup.
• Operates radiographic fluoroscopy to obtain diagnostic images of coronary and peripheral vessels.
• Conducts hemodynamic monitoring and reports values to the physician.
• Monitors radiation dose delivery to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Transmits, archives, and retrieves digital images in PACS.
• Performs routine quality control and maintenance of fluoroscopy equipment.
