Job summary

Franciscan Health Michigan City Campus seeks a seasoned Manager to lead the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, directing daily operations and ensuring top-quality patient care. You will collaborate with physicians and administration to align procedures with policy and clinical excellence.

The role requires supervising a 24-hour operation, overseeing scheduling and budgeting, and ensuring HFAP and state/federal compliance across interventional and non-invasive cardiology services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree Radiology Technologist required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Managed Care required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Nursing degree to be completed within 1 year of hire.
• 3 years Radiologic Technologist experience required.
• 3 years Registered Nurse in the Interventional Cardiac Catheterization Lab required.
• 3 years supervisory experience required.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct, control and maintain assigned areas of operations.
• Maintain unit expenses and productivity within established guidelines.
• Prepare Cardiology Scheduling.
• Maintain responsibility of annual unit budget.
• Oversee operations within Interventional Radiology and Non-Invasive Cardiology.
• Coordinate compliance with HFAP, State and Federal agencies.
