Job summary

Baptist Medical Center South is seeking a Cath Lab Coordinator to coordinate and facilitate the Cath Lab’s activities, ensuring high-quality patient care within the hospital's mission and standards. The role reports to the Clinical Operations Manager and emphasizes leadership, compliance, and staff collaboration.

The Coordinator will work to apply quality improvement standards and guide departmental goals in a fast-paced environment, supporting patient safety and efficient Cath Lab operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years required; Cath Lab experience preferred.
• Active RCIS, RCES or RN licensure required, BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate unit activities for quality patient care in the Cath Lab.
• Provide leadership and direction to achieve hospital policies and procedures.
