Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking a Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab in Springfield to lead daily operations across the cath and EP labs, ensuring efficient, high‑quality patient care. The role coordinates with the Director and cardiovascular leadership to meet quality, growth, and fiscal goals.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 3+ years in a cardiac cath lab with supervisory experience, and RN or Radiographer licensure with BLS/ACLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 3+ years in a cardiac cath lab and 3+ years in supervisory/lead roles.
• Licensed RN or Radiographer in the state of practice; ARRT if Radiographer.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; CCRN/CI/RCIS/RCES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership of the Cardiac Cath Lab and EP lab operations.
• Oversee procedural and pre/post care, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with Director and cardiovascular leadership to meet goals.

Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field

Master’s Degree in nursing, radiologic technology, healthcare administration or related field
