Job summary

Trinity Health's Heart Catheterization Lab in Michigan seeks a Clinical Leader to coordinate daily Cath Lab operations and guide a team of nurses, technicians, and physicians. The role focuses on patient care excellence, resource management, and program development in a multi-lab environment including EP and hybrid OR capabilities.

The leader collaborates with staff and SJMO leadership to ensure quality, safety, and patient satisfaction while actively promoting shared governance and nursing

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active license to practice nursing in the State of Michigan.
• Certification in BLS for inpatient care areas within 45 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS required in specified care areas within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• NRP required for specified areas within 12 months of hire or transfer.
• EFM-c required within 12 months of hire or transfer.
• NIH Stroke Scale and FIM credentialing required within stated timeframes.

• Coordinates provision of care excellence in collaboration with all care team members.
• Provides care oversight to reflect patient rights, dignity, values, and cultural preferences.
• Demonstrates Relationship-based care to cultivate therapeutic relationships.
• Uses data and evidence to guide best practice and continuous improvement.
• Utilizes technology to support patient care and nursing practice.
• Participates in recruitment, hiring, orientation, and evaluation.
• Promotes care environment aligned with Trinity Health values and quality standards.
