Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a manager for the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology lab to collaborate with the director and cardiovascular leadership to meet organizational goals in budgets, process improvement, and patient experience. The role involves coordination with non-invasive cardiology, governing capital budgets, equipment maintenance, and patient safety.

It includes policy development, program rollout support, daily charge entry oversight, and participation in NCDR and STEMI metrics

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff development and update/write new policies; ensure staff competency.
• Assist with program development as new initiatives roll out.
• Oversee charge entry and reconciliation on a daily basis and monitor daily revenue reports.
