Job description

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Nurse Manager to oversee clinical and operational activities for a busy procedural services department. The department has 3 Cath Lab suites and 1 special procedures room, averaging approximately 18 cases per day and supporting a team of about 60 employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Cath Lab/procedural services staff
• Oversee daily department operations, staffing, and workflow
• Ensure quality, patient safety, and regulatory standards are met
• Partner with physicians and leadership to improve departmental performance
• Support growth and expansion of procedural services

Procedures Include

• Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization
• EP procedures, including cardioversion and pacemaker placement
• Vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Pulmonary embolism treatments
• Interventional radiology procedures, including biopsies, ports, drains, LPs, paracentesis, and thoracentesis
• The department is also expanding its EP capabilities to include ablation procedures.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Strong clinical and operational leadership skills
