Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Cath Lab to support the Nurse Manager in planning, directing, and evaluating unit services. This full-time day shift position requires strong leadership and clinical proficiency to coordinate caregivers and patient care.

Qualified candidates will hold California RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale certification, and ANCC-recognized specialty certification or be prepared to obtain within 1

Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse License is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required at hire.
• ANCC-recognized specialty certification or certification within 1 year of hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale certificate required.
• 1 year of recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital.
• 1 year of Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate unit services.
• Coordinate unit operations and supervise caregivers.
• Interpret policies, standards, and regulations applicable to the Cath Lab.
• Maintain clinical competence and certifications as needed.
