Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years of clinical experience relevant to patient population.
• New Leader Experience certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit operations to ensure smooth, safe patient care and appropriate bed/staff assignments.
• Provide leadership in clinical, financial, and personnel management within the department.
• Coordinate quality initiatives and process improvements; align with metrics.
• Develop leadership skills among staff and support career advancement opportunities.
• Facilitate unit meetings and shared governance/leadership efforts.
