Qualifications

• BLS certification and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the Cath Lab, including staffing and scheduling.
• Oversee clinical, financial, and personnel management for designated units.
• Develop quality initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop nurse leaders; manage budget and vendor relations.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and leadership to maintain patient care.
