Job summary

The Associate Manager in Banner Estrella’s Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Department leads clinical and staff activities to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The role reports to the physician and oversees circulating, monitoring, sedation, and documentation during cases, while aligning with department goals and budgets.

Qualified candidates are RN or Radiology Tech with Cath Lab/IR experience; leadership capabilities and a focus on patient safety are essential.

Qualifications

• This position requires a certificate or diploma from an approved Radiologic Technology program and ARRT certification; state licensure as applicable.
• BLS certification is required; experience of 4+ years in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology is expected.
• Clinical knowledge with strong communication and problem-solving skills is essential.
