Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage patient-centered nursing care and unit operations.
• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives in the department.
• Facilitate communication of system, regional, facility and department initiatives.
• Manage the operational and capital budgets and allocate resources.
• Develop staff leadership and support career advancement opportunities.
• Oversee selection, orientation, onboarding, and retention of staff.
• Develop leadership of entry level nurse managers and drive clinical improvement initiatives.
