Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic sciences is required.
• ARRT registration is required with state licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in radiologic sciences.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including 24/7 coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assists team in patient setup and post-procedure cleanup using safe transfer techniques.
• Operates fluoroscopy equipment to obtain diagnostic images of cardiovascular disease.
• Monitors hemodynamics and reports values to the physician.
• Ensures radiation safety and minimizes staff exposure.
• Transmits, archives, and retrieves digital images in PACS/RIS.
• Performs quality control and routine maintenance on fluoroscopy equipment.
• Adapts communication to diverse patients and handles high-stress scenarios.
