Ochsner Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate fluoroscopy and cardiac equipment in the heart catheterization lab. You will monitor patient vitals, assist physicians, and prepare rooms and equipment for procedures.

Qualifications include an Associate degree in radiologic sciences, ARRT registration, and BLS/ACLS within 3 months of hire. Knowledge of PACS and radiation safety is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 3 months of hire.

• Operate fluoroscopy and cardiac equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Monitor patient vitals and assist physician during procedures.
• Prepare procedure rooms and equipment for each case.
• Document in procedure log and ensure accurate billing.
• Transmit, archive, and retrieve images in PACS; perform quality control.
• Adhere to radiation safety regulations and maintain equipment.
