Ochsner Health in Louisiana seeks a Radiologic Technologist to operate the heart catheterization laboratory as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will run diagnostic fluoroscopy, monitor patient vitals, assist physicians, and prepare rooms and equipment for procedures.

Required: Associate degree in radiologic sciences; BLS, ACLS within 6 months of hire; ARRT registration and state licensure. Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of allied health experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist team in patient setup and post-procedure cleanup.
• Document in procedure log for accurate billing and interventions.
• Operate radiographic fluoroscopy to obtain diagnostic images.
• Monitor hemodynamic values during procedures.
• Maintain radiation safety and minimize staff exposure.
• Transmit and retrieve digital images via PACS.
• Perform quality control on fluoroscopy equipment.
• Communicate with diverse patients while respecting privacy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
