Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree with science emphasis or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Current AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
• RCIS certification within six months of hire (or ARRT/TX RT(R) equivalence).

Responsibilities

• Assist in teaching and orientation of students and new staff.
• Assist physician as monitor tech and scrub tech during cath lab procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment under physician direction.
• Monitor patient status as circulator and handle supplies; interpret basic dysrhythmia and EKGs.
• Transport patients and maintain sterile technique; troubleshoot equipment.
