Job summary

SSA Group, LLC is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead on-site catering operations across our diverse guest experiences. You will supervise staff, ensure quality, manage inventory, and execute perfect event service from setup to teardown.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of catering operations or event planning experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to resolve guest concerns quickly while maintaining brand standards.

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a focus on guest experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and HQ.
• Proven problem-solving and organizational capabilities in fast-paced events.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming guest experiences.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory for events.
• Document and discipline staff per company policies.
• Fulfill guests’ needs quickly and resolve complaints effectively.
• Oversee setup, execution, breakdown and cleanup of catered events.
• Interpret and execute BEOs to high standards.
