Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role in the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food presentation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of kitchen and service staff during catering events and daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in the kitchen and service areas.
• Monitor food preparation, quality, and presentation, making adjustments as necessary.
• Manage inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and control food costs effectively.
• Coordinate with the event planning team to ensure all catering requirements are met efficiently.
• Train new staff members on kitchen procedures, service standards, and safety protocols.
