• Catering experience required.
• Experience in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating cooks.

Responsabilidades

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards; ensures deadlines are met.
• Supervises hourly food service associates; interviews, schedules, payroll, training, and reviews as appropriate.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils and ensures food handling and serving temperatures are correct.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly manner and relays information to supervisors.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours; monitors inventory and deliveries and informs supervisor when supplies are low.
