Eurest at Intuit Cafe in Tucson, AZ is hiring for full-time and part-time Lead Food Service Worker positions. The role supports the Manager on Duty in coordinating associates, preparing and serving meals, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–3:00 pm, with opportunities to train and advance. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with benefits outlined for full-time and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Some experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food while adhering to HACCP and safety standards.
• Expedites workflow to ensure efficient meal service across service areas.
• Directs sanitation and safety of the facility and associates per standards and regulations.
• Monitors productivity and communicates performance issues to management.
• Onboards and trains associates; conducts pre-service meetings.
• Handles cash and completes daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Responds to customer needs and resolves concerns.
• Assists in menu planning and ordering using company programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
