As Lead Food Service Worker you will assist the Manager on Duty, supervise associates, ensure food safety and quality, manage service flow, and assist with cash handling and reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists the Manager on Duty with coordinating activities of associates.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages to meet standards.
• Ensures sanitation, safety, and portion control per HACCP guidelines.
• Directs workflow to ensure efficient meal service across service areas.
• Monitors associates' breaks and communicates performance issues.
• Assists in onboarding and training of new staff; may lead pre-service meetings.
• Handles cash and completes daily/weekly/monthly reports and inventories.
• Responds to customer needs and resolves concerns.
• Assists in menu planning and ordering procedures using company programs.
