**Job Description**

Responsible for supervising, training, and managing the food service operation. Ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served.

**Job Responsibilities**

  1. Develop and uphold a safety culture that creates a work environment free of injuries. Supervise catering operations, including staff coordination, rental equipment management, setup, preparation, service, and breakdown of catered foods, beverages, and events of varying size and complexity.
  2. Book events, select and cost menu items, and determine pricing as needed.
  3. Coordinate activities with internal departments, participate in management team meetings, and interface with vendors and key service users within the client organization.
  4. Represent Aramark and the client at meetings and events, facilitating external customer relations.
  5. Ensure sanitation, organization, and safety standards are met through checklists, supervision, and follow-up.
  6. Participate in and help develop and implement catering training programs for hourly, part-time, and student employees.
  7. Assist in implementing and adhering to all Aramark Catering initiatives and guidelines.
  8. Prior experience with booking events is preferred.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
