**Job Description**

Responsible for supervising, training, and managing the food service operation. Ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served.

**Job Responsibilities**

  1. Develops and maintains a safety culture that promotes a work environment where no one gets hurt. Supervises catering operations, including staff coordination, rental equipment management, setup, preparation, service, and breakdown of catered foods, beverages, and events of varying size and complexity.
  2. Handles booking of events, selecting and costing menu items, and pricing as needed.
  3. Coordinates activities with other internal departments, participates in management team meetings, and interfaces with vendors and key service users within the client organization.
  4. Represents Aramark and the client at meetings and events, facilitating external customer relations.
  5. Ensures sanitation, organization, and safety standards are met through checklists, supervision, and follow-up.
  6. Participates in catering training programs and assists in developing and implementing training for hourly, part-time, and student employees.
  7. Supports the implementation and adherence to all Aramark Catering initiatives and guidelines.
  8. Experience with event booking is preferred.

Minimum Education/Certification: High School Diploma/GED.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
