You will manage guest orders, ensure timely preparation and delivery, and support kitchen and catering teams to meet department priorities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or similar.
• Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, Excel; ability to learn new technologies.
• ServSafe Certification and California Food Handler Card within 30 days post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and customer service for guest’s catering orders through phone, email, and web.
• Ensure orders are prepared, packed and delivered according to guest’s specifications, including quality and quantity of products, presentation and packaging.
• Coordinates packing and delivery of catering orders through Bi-Rite approved drivers or courier service.
• Provide catering quotes and menus to promote sales.
• Ensure invoices and payments are handled according to Bi-Rite contracts and processes.
