• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed service expectations.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Relay important information about orders and allergies.

The Catering Server is responsible for effectively assisting food and beverage services and aiding in the overall logistics of full-service events by way of set-up, clear communication and teamwork, while maintaining the company’s standard for excellence.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up and breakdown of tables, linens, chairs, etc.
• Assist with replenishing food on buffets, stations, along with serving appetizers.
• Respond promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional fashion.
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
• Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.
