Job summary

Chick-fil-A Matteson is seeking a Catering Coordinator who is self-driven, highly organized, and dedicated to growing catering sales while delivering outstanding hospitality. You will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, partner with Sales and Brand Growth Director to develop new catering opportunities, prepare orders for in-store and catering events, and ensure quality and smooth operations.

This full-time role offers benefits, training, and growth opportunities, with weekend Sundays off

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or food service management.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in technology and software related to catering and sales management.
• Have an open work availability.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Develop new catering opportunities with the Sales and Brand Growth Director.
• Be hands-on in an operational role, serving with team members and leaders.
• Serve guests and team with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.
• Maintain professionalism in every situation.
• Multi-task with a self-motivated, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Support clear communications between front and kitchen staff.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brand and menu items and stay informed of promotions.
• Package food and beverage items and ensure product quality and consistency.
• Prepare food orders for in-store and catering orders.
• Grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
