Job summary

The Chick-fil-A catering team is seeking a Catering Coordinator to oversee guest catering orders with care and precision in a fast-paced environment. You will build relationships with guests, organize orders, and ensure health and safety standards are met while transporting orders as needed.

You will collaborate with shift leaders, day and night directors, and the community to deliver outstanding catering experiences and drive future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create catering orders with guests to meet dietary needs
• Ensuring all catering orders are communicated to the shift leaders to ensure all items are ready and completed at time of pick-up/delivery
• Coordinating large catering orders with the Day and Night Shift Directors to ensure the order can be completed successfully at time of pick-up/delivery
• Follow Chick-fil-A procedures and expectations in regards to catering
• Delivering orders in a timely and professional manner
• Engage with the community to create future catering opportunities
