Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Catering Sales Manager for Stonewall Resort in West Virginia. You will sell and manage group events, including weddings, social gatherings, and corporate dinners, while coordinating with resort operations and outside vendors to maximize venue potential.

The role requires knowledge of catering and hospitality practices, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple events with professionalism.

Qualifications

• A thorough knowledge of catering, food & beverage and hospitality procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate, influence and sell to clients.

Responsibilities

• Sales, planning and management of weddings, holiday parties, social birthday gatherings, anniversaries and corporate dinners.
• Solicit, negotiate and book new/repeat business via outside sales calls, telemarketing, mailings and networking.
• Coordinate outside vendor services and support for events as needed.
• Conduct site visits and discuss potential opportunities with clients and ensure arrangements meet their needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards; work with resort operations to deliver flawless events.
