Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Catering Conference Manager at Stonewall Resort in West Virginia. You will plan and manage group business and social catering events, from family gatherings to corporate dinners, ensuring smooth execution and attentive service.

You will negotiate contracts, coordinate with all resort departments, and maintain strong client relationships from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up, while adapting to a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in catering or similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to negotiate and manage multiple events.
• Willing to work weekends and after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute group and social catering events.
• Negotiate contracts, room blocks and vendor services.
• Coordinate with resort departments for smooth event delivery.
• Prepare proposals, resumes and BEOs and follow up with clients.
• Attend pre/post-convention meetings and maintain client relations.
