Job summary

Stonewall Resort, managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Catering Conference Manager to plan and manage group meetings and social events, coordinate with resort departments, and ensure flawless execution from pre-planning through post-event follow-up.

You will upsell opportunities, conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, and maintain client relationships while providing admin and sales support for the Sales & Catering team. Flexibility to work weekends/after hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and execute services for clients and in-house guests.
• Negotiate, generate, and monitor all contractual agreements for events.
• Coordinate with resort departments to ensure flawless event execution.
• Provide administrative and sales support for Sales & Catering.
• Upsell opportunities and attend site visits for potential business.
