Job summary

Stonewall Resort, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property, is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to lead the sale and planning of group business, including weddings and social events, while optimizing banquet space to hit sales goals.

The role requires coordination with resort operations and sharp client communication. Minimum high school diploma; 1–2 years’ sales & catering experience in hospitality; advanced MS Word/Excel and Delphi SIS skills; being local is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years’ sales & catering experience in a full-service hotel or conference center preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Sell, plan and manage group business for weddings, social catering groups, family groups and birthday parties.
• Coordinate with resort operations to meet client needs and ensure successful events.
• Prepare proposals, letters, and contracts; respond to client inquiries and confirm details.
• Coordinate outside vendor services when appropriate (linens, chairs, tents, etc.).
• Conduct site visits and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
